• Selling the sustenance units of Phase 1 to 5 of Godrej Garden City (GGC) Township as a part of channel sales. • Switched to direct sales & marketing vertical of GGC during the two subsequent launches ( Phase-6 and Phase-7) • Was a part of launch team and led three executives and five interns as an active team leader.
 
Responsibilities
• Working for channel sales as well as direct sales. • Have collaborated in outreaching existing RCPs and new channel partners and promoting them. • To increase business through corporate empanelment ,led the corporate sales vertical. • Training of CC team to get more revenue through R&L sales. • Was part of two successful launches amounting to more than 400 cr in BV. • Handling the upcountry sales for the Ahmedabad region.
 
Achievements
• Learning & Development of the sales team through effective training. • Outreached almost 80 CPs out of which there were 10 new CP activations and 2 partner premier activations; promoted almost 40 CPs to work with their focus on Godrej and that resulted in more walk-ins. • Successfully done 40+ GCAPs which effectively increased 11% corporate contribution to the region. • Sold 125+ units worth more than 60Cr net BV in sales which is grossly accounts to 150000 sq. ft. area, recorded as highest sales for FY19-20. • Have received 3 bright spot awards. • Received recognitions from Zonal Head for “building excellence- Brick by brick” • Received good level of appreciations and letters from Sales Head as well as CC heads for NPS • Have received Star performer of the month recognition 20+ times in a span of 23 months. • Highest Sales contributor for two consecutive years at GPL-Ahmedabad within direct sales vertical during the tenure (i.e. for FY 18-19 & 19-20) • Received “ambition” certi¬ficate in this month by Regional Head- Ahmedabad. • Against the total business done by direct sales team, contributed 40% in FY 19-20. • Holding the highest lead conversion ratio in GPL pan India which is 16% in sustenance and 24% in launch ( wherein walk-in to booking conversion ratio stands 33%)
